It’s been a deep pleasure to create healing circles over the last couple of months where we have come together to create a sacred healing space.

Thirty plus years ago, I started a healing circle out here on Long Island. Louise Hay was running a healing based group out in LA for men suffering and living with AIDS. I went out to LA to experience the group and to learn from her. It was an experience I will never forget; I knew when I was there that I would create something similar back here on the east coast.
Through meditation I received guidance about a small cottage in a town park where I was able to gather with 30 people for free—it all seemed so miraculous to me. I created some flyers and hung them up at health food store, at new age centers and at a few other places. For several years we met weekly, many people would come and go and there was also a core group of people who kept coming back week after week. I always led a guided visualization type of meditation, taught some basic hands on healing, we would sing, “Imagine” by John Lennon and maybe share a bit here and there.
On 9-11-01, I ran a one-time healing circle in my home and invited some of my clients along with a psychotherapy colleague and her clients to join in with us. On that occasion, we gathered in my living room, holding hands in a circle and prayed for world peace together.
Once the Covid 19 pandemic started to appear here in New York, I was once again called to start a new Healing Circle community—this time we needed to do it virtually and the exciting part of it is I could gather people from all corners of the world. I am honored to bring healing to all of you with the Angels of Nourishment and Compassion as my guides.
